DL Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DL application ("Service") operated by Fanz Empire ("we", "us", "our"). By using DL, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use DL. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. DL contains adult-oriented content. If we determine you are under 18, your account will be immediately terminated.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information in your profile
• You may not create accounts for others or transfer your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

3. Community Guidelines

DL is an inclusive platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech
• Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, or any protected characteristic
• Spam, scams, phishing, or commercial solicitation
• Impersonation of another person
• Content involving minors in any sexual context (zero tolerance — reported to NCMEC)
• Non-consensual sharing of intimate images
• Promotion of illegal drugs, weapons, or illegal activities
• Solicitation of prostitution where illegal

Violations result in account suspension or permanent ban at our sole discretion.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content on DL, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. This license terminates when you delete your content or account.

You represent that you own or have the right to share all content you post. You must not post copyrighted material without permission.

5. NSFW Content

Adult content is permitted in private albums and direct messages between consenting adults. Profile photos visible on the grid must comply with App Store guidelines. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards.

6. Safety

DL provides blocking, reporting, and privacy tools. However:

• We do not perform background checks on users
• We do not verify the identity of users beyond email/social sign-in
• Always meet in public places for first meetings
• Inform someone you trust of your plans when meeting someone from the app
• Practice safer sex and communicate boundaries clearly

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium subscriptions (XTRA at $9.99/mo, Unlimited at $24.99/mo) are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings. No refunds for partial billing periods.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DL AND FANZ EMPIRE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fanz Empire and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Profile > Settings > Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed per our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
